Live recorded at Temple Israel in Boston for their Shabbat Shira annual concert on 1.27.24. Jacob's Ladder was accompanied by a full 6-piece band and 8 piece vocal ensemble, featuring many contributors to their debut studio record, Beit El.

This concert was in celebration of their Beit El release in August, highlighting and revitalizing many of the vocal and band arrangements off the record.

Jacob's Ladder is a Jewish band centered in spirituality and Jewish identity. Singing in Hebrew ultimately is about one common identity- the Jewish people have had so many differing and shapeshifting stories, narratives, and homes throughout the Diaspora, yet in most cases, you can find Jews from around the world sharing Hebrew as a common language, especially through prayer and song. Our music is all about connection to our peoplehood, and finding oneness through our music in a very broken world.
